Platform product re-price

We will be re-pricing our current product range with effect from 5pm Friday 12 June.
Re-priced products will be available from Monday 15 June.

Summary of changes:

 Buy to Let and Self-Cert rates to be increased
 Arrangement fee amended from £1,495 to 1.5% on Buy to Let

All current products will be withdrawn from our website and all sourcing systems at 5pm Friday 12 June.

Applications
All applications must be received at Platform by 5pm Friday 19 June. Applications must have a clickdecision. Any packaged applications must be fully packaged and accompanied by all items on our shopping list.
