Buy-to-Let deal withdrawal

Due to continuing market pressure and to enable us to manage business volumes effectively, we are withdrawing a number of our Buy-to-Let and Buy-to-Let limited company deals with immediate effect.

The deals affected come from our 3 and 5 year fixed and discounted range, as well as some of our
variable rates.

The final dates for our existing rates are:

Binding decisions	Close of business 11th June 2008
Unpackaged applications	18th June 2008
Packaged applications	2nd July 2008
Offer issue	23rd July 2008
Completions	6 months after offer issue date

As usual, we will update our core and exclusive product rate sheets. The core details will be available on www.mortgage-express.co.uk from 12th June 2008.
