Product reprice

On 6th June we’re making increases to all of our fixed and variable rates on all our products except Lifetime. We are also moving our fixed rate end dates to 31st August.

The final dates for our existing rates are:

Binding decisions	Close of business 5th June 2008
Unpackaged applications	12th June 2008
Packaged applications	26th June 2008
Offer issue	17th July 2008
Completions	6 months after offer issue date

As usual, we will update our core product rate sheets. The core details will be available on
www.mortgage-express.co.uk from 6th June 2008.
