Leeds Building Society - Changes to 
Fixed Rate Mortgage Products

Product Withdrawals

With immediate effect, Leeds Building Society has withdrawn the following products. Please can they be removed from your systems:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate at 5.95% up to and including 30 November 2010
  • 2 Year Fixed Rate at 6.25% up to and including 30 November 2010
  • Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed Rate at 5.99% up to and including 30 November 2010
  • Buy to Let 3 Year Fixed Rate at 6.29% up to and including 30 November 2011
  • Introduced Only Buy to Let 3 Year Fixed Rate at 6.99% up to and including 31 August 2011
  • Introduced Only Buy to Let Fee Free 3 Year Fixed Rate at 7.59% up to and including 31 August 2011

Withdrawn cases - Leeds Building Society will not be accepting any more applications on the withdrawn products.

In addition, the maximum LTV for the following products is being reduced from 90% to 85%.  Please can your systems to be updated to reflect these changes.

  • Fee Free 3 Year Fixed Rate at 7.09% up to and including 30 November 2011
  • Introduced Only 2 Year Fixed Rate at 7.14% up to and including 30 November 2010
  • Introduced Only Fee Free 2 Year Fixed Rate at 7.49% up to and including 30 November 2010
  • Introduced Only 3 Year Fixed Rate at 6.74% up to and including 30 November 2011
  • Introduced Only Offset 3 Year Fixed Rate at 7.59% up to and including 31 August 2011
  • Introduced Only Fee Free Offset 3 Year Fixed Rate at 8.19% up to and including 31 August 2011

Withdrawn cases - Leeds Building Society will not be accepting any more applications on the above products where the case is above 85% LTV.
