With effect from close of business on Thursday, 21 August 2008, Leeds Building Society will be withdrawing the following products. Please can they be removed from your systems:

2 Year Fixed Rate at 5.75% up to and including 31 August 2010
Introduced Only 2 Year Fixed Rate at 6.99% up to and including 31 August 2010
Introduced Only 2 Year Fixed Rate at 7.59% up to and including 31 August 2010
Introduced Only 2 Year Fixed Rate at 6.44% (60% LTV) up to and including 31 October 2010
Introduced Only 2 Year Fixed Rate at 6.79% (80% LTV) up to and including 31 October 2010
Introduced Only 2 Year Fixed Rate at 7.39% (90% LTV) up to and including 31 October 2010
Introduced Only Fee Free 2 Year Fixed Rate at 7.49% (80% LTV) up to and including 31 October 2010
Introduced Only Fee Free 2 Year Fixed Rate at 7.99% (90% LTV) up to and including 31 October 2010

Please note - Cases from Introducers must be received at Processing Centres by Thursday 28 August 2008 and Packager cases must be received by Thursday, 4 September 2008.

New Products

With effect from Friday, 22 August 2008, Leeds Building Society will be launching the following products. Please can they be added to your systems:

2 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2010

2 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2010, 5.25% available up to 80% LTV.
No Higher Lending Charge.
Completion fee is 3% of loan amount
Tapered early repayment charges of 3/2% of the amount redeemed.
10% capital repayments are allowed each year.
Maximum loan of £250,000

Introduced Only 2 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2010

Tier 1: 2 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2010, 6.19% available up to 70% LTV.
Tier 2: 2 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2010, 6.54% available from 71% LTV up to 80% LTV.
Tier 3: 2 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2010, 7.14% available from 81% LTV up to 90% LTV.
No Higher Lending Charge.
£999 Completion fee up to £250,000. Over £250,000 fee will be 1.00% of loan amount.
Tapered early repayment charges of 3/2% of the amount redeemed.
10% capital repayments are allowed each year.

Introduced Only Fee Free 2 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2010

Tier 1 - Fee Free 2 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2010, 7.14% available up to 80% LTV.
Tier 2 - Fee Free 2 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2010, 7.64% available from 81% LTV up to 90% LTV.
No Higher Lending Charge.
No Completion fee.
Free standard valuation up to £335.
Free in-house legal services for re-mortgages.
Tapered early repayment charges of 3/2% of the amount redeemed.
10% capital repayments are allowed each year.

Introduced Only 3 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2011

Tier 1: 3 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2011, 6.24% available up to 80% LTV.
Tier 2: 3 Year Fixed Rate up to and including 30 November 2011, 6.74% available from 81% LTV up to 90% LTV.
No Higher Lending Charge.
£999 Completion fee up to £250,000. Over £250,000 will be 1.00% of loan amount.
Tapered early repayment charges of 4/3/2% of the amount redeemed.
10% capital repayments are allowed each year.
