Leeds Building Society Withdraws 

Base Rate Tracker Mortgage Products

With effect from close of business on Friday, 10 October 2008, Leeds Building Society will be withdrawing the following products. Please can they be removed from your systems:

  • Introduced Only 3 Year BRT + 1.75% up to and including 31 July 2010

  • Introduced Only Buy to Let Lifetime BRT + 1.99%

  • Offset Lifetime BRT + 2.09%

Brokers -  cases must be received in Processing Centres by the close of business on Monday, 13 October 2008.

Packagers - a list of all cases must be submitted to your DDM by the close of business today (Friday, 10 October 2008).   All cases must be submitted to Processing Centres by the close of business on Friday, 17 October 2008.  Any case that is submitted that is not on the list will be returned. 

As a reminder, Leeds Building Society will no longer accept Buy to Let cases from Packagers.
