With effect from Friday 4th July 2008, Leeds Building Society will be increasing the completion fee on its Buy to Let Variable Rate (currently at 7.39%). Please can this change be reflected on your systems. 

Buy to Let Variable Rate

• Buy to Let Variable Rate, SVR + 0.30% (currently 7.39%) for term, available up to 80% LTV. 

• No Higher Lending Fee

• £999 Completion fee applies up to £500,000, over £500,000 fee will be 1%.

• No Early Repayment Charges

• Unlimited capital repayments are allowed.

• No insurance requirements.

Important Note - No further applications will be accepted on the old completion fee (£149).
