With effect from the close of business on Tuesday, 2 September 2008, Leeds Building Society will be withdrawing the following mortgage products.  Please can they be removed from your systems:

• Fee Free 3 Year Fixed Rate at 6.99% until 31 October 2011 (50% LTV)

• Fee Free 3 Year Fixed Rate at 7.29% until 31 October 2011 (75% LTV)

• Fee Free 3 Year Fixed Rate at 7.49% until 31 October 2011 (90% LTV)

• Introduced Only 2 Year Fixed Rate at 7.14% until 30 November 2010 (80% LTV)

• Introduced Only 2 Year Fixed Rate at 7.64% until 30 November 2010 (90% LTV)

Please note - Cases from Introducers must be received at Processing Centres by Friday, 5 September 2008, whereas packager cases must be received by Friday, 12 September 2008.
