Dear Sarah,
With immediate effect Bristol
& West Mortgages Standard Variable Rate will
decrease from 7.09% to 6.59%. For existing customers the
change is effective from Saturday 1st November
2008.
Please note that we will be withdrawing
the following product from our Core Range.
In
order to obtain this product please input
all AIPs onto the www.bristolandwest4brokers.co.uk
system by 5pm today, Wednesday
15th October 2008. Please ensure that the
product codes are entered, otherwise funds will not be
booked. All fully packaged applications including
valuation must be received by Bristol & West
Mortgages by 5pm Wednesday 29th October
